HISTORY OF VENTURE

  • 2007
    Acquired rights to card games Royal Hold'em and No River Hold'em. Noted game inventor Ernie Moody invests.

  • 2008
    Patents fully issued and approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission. Acquires online presence for distribution, National League of Poker.

  • 2009
    Launched UFCPoker.com and entered into licensing deal with UFC rebrand "No River Hold'em" as UFC Knockout Hold'em™.

  • 2010
    Launch of ZEN Entertainment Network, and addition of Triple Play Video Poker. ZEN signs distribution deal with Source Interlink Media for 57 sites (Motor Trend magazine group) to promote Motor Sports Poker.  ZEN launches Spanish silo ‘Poker Para Ti.com’.
